Floyd joined our staff in January 2007. His true passion is building the Kingdom by building people. He has been married to “Debi-doll” for 21 years and they have three precious daughters and one spoiled male poodle. Floyd is brave enough to have been a boxer, but he’s afraid of scary rides at theme parks! |

Phil has been attending BCA since 1981 and has been on staff since 2000. He leads our missions trips to Thailand and Romania and he recently retired from the U.S. Post Office after 31 years of outstanding service. He and Shirley have been married for 29 years, and they have two daughters and four grandchildren. Phil loves motorcycles and taking his Harley chick out for a ride. |

Mary Hope has been attending BCA since 1990 and has been on staff since 1999. She and Richard have been married for 25 years and they have two fabulous daughters and one terrific son. She likes the Chargers, romantic comedies and diet cherry Coke, and it really bugs her when her favorite products get discontinued. |

Colleen has been attending BCA since 1988 and has been on staff since 1991. Her favorite food is cookies, her favorite dessert is cookies, and we hear her favorite rainy day pastime is baking cookies! She is truly passionate about finding the world’s best frosted cookie! She has been married to the “hot worship pastor” for 17 years and has three children. |

Jaris has been the worship pastor since 1994. He loves music and baseball. He hates shopping, which may help explain why he was fired as a shoe salesman! He enjoys spending time with his family and his favorite season is fall. With cooler temperatures, the World Series, roasted green chili and Thanksgiving and Christmas just around the corner, what’s not to love? |

Louise was the first employee – ever – at BCA. Her family is her life, and her pets are her “children.” A true patriot, Louise loves Washington, D.C. and reads everything she can find about the Constitution and the founding fathers. Her favorite color is black, she loves all the best fashion designers, and rumor has it there are five pairs of shoes under her desk! |

Jose has been on staff since 2005. He truly loves BCA and wants to be a part of everything happening in the church. He is passionate about worship music and the San Francisco 49ers. When Jose was in third grade, he was leaning back in his chair and fell, holding onto his desk as he went, and the desk and all his school supplies landed on top of him! |

Jay has been attending BCA since 1997 and has been on staff since 2001. He treasures the love of his family and the time he gets to spend with them. He and Libby have three kiddos – a reader, a comedian, and a cuddle bug. They have two horses, three chickens, two dogs, three cats, and ducks – lots of ducks. His favorite movies are Braveheart and Lord of the Rings. |

Darlene has been attending BCA since 2004 and has been on staff since 2006. She and Jim have three sons, one grandson and a new granddaughter – finally a girl! Her favorite song is “Darlene” by TJ Graham Brown. Darlene has been a waitress since she was 15 – until we rescued her and took her away from all that. She is passionate about knowing God more and hopes to go on a missions trip someday. |

Jim joined our staff as a welcome addition in May 2007. His true passion is following Jesus and he’s a very big Miami Dolphins fan. He and Darlene have been married for 21 years. Jim is on a pit crew for his son’s racecar and sometimes he gets to race it! His favorite travel destination is Canada and his favorite song is “I Am A Friend of God.” |

Shirley has been our Children’s Pastor since 1994. Pretty good longevity compared to her shortest job – she lasted for four hours as a waitress! She likes to shop and can’t stand it when someone has 9,252 items in their basket and she has one thing and they won’t offer to let her go ahead of them! Shirley and Larry have been married for 25 years and have a son and a daughter. |

Roberta has been attending BCA since 1985 and has been on staff since 1991. Her favorite vacation was a missions trip to Romania, and she would love to be a missionary doctor. She is engaged to a wonderful guy and has a tuxedo cat and a 100-lb. rottweiler. She loves to be outside and used to mountain bike until she head-butted a tree! Now she sticks to simple paths and paved roads! |

Gail has been attending BCA since 1984 and has been on staff since 1995. Her personal life mission is, “Get A Husband.” (Of course, Mr. Right will have to be approved by all of us, first.) She has three children and a brand new grandbaby! If anything creeps, crawls or slithers into her office, you’ll find Gail on top of her desk or at the other end of the building. |

Addie has been attending BCA since 1981 and has been on staff since 2006. Her true passion is ministering to hurting women at prisons and halfway homes. She has four children, six grandchildren and two funny dogs. Her best vacation was years ago when she saw Elvis sing in Vegas, and her favorite practical joke is to sneak up and scare Jim and Darlene while they are vacuuming! |

Pastor John has been on staff here for 23 years. He loves woodworking and maintaining the house. He can fix anything – except for the home computer, which conspires against him. Seeing the coasts of Europe and the Mediterranean as a sea-going marine was a major highlight in his life. He’s crazy about his three grandchildren, and his all-time favorite thing to do is hang out with Becky! |

Jordan has been attending BCA since before she was born, and has been on staff since June 2007. She is probably the most organized person on earth and loves to color-coordinate everything. She graduated college and now she’s engaged to her sweetie! Her life philosophy is “Remember to play, have fun, and keep things simple! It’s not easy, but it sure is fun to try!” |

Hannah has been attending BCA since 1980 when her parents started the church, and has been on staff since 2006. Her true desire is to be a good wife, mother, and whatever else God has in store for her. She’s a Cowboys fan – duh! She and Jay have been married for 5 years and they have a beautiful daughter and another baby on the way! Hannah gave birth the first time with no pain meds! Way to go! |
We hope you have enjoyed this light-hearted, behind-the-scenes look at our staff. We have a lot of fun, but when it comes to doing our jobs here at the church and building the Kingdom of God, we are very serious. We love the Pastors, and we love the people we serve. And if we have learned anything from putting this page together, it’s this; Colleen really loves cookies!
