When Pastors Marshall and Cindi Townsley first stepped out in faith to establish Believers Center in 1980, it was with a conviction to lead as many people as possible to Christ and serve those endeavoring to become His disciples. They are committed to helping people from all walks of life develop a close personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

They began ministering in West Texas very early in their marriage. With literally nothing to their names, they watched as God faithfully provided for their needs over the years. They have also seen God working through them to bring others up to a better place, spiritually, physically and financially.

Well into their 28th year as pastors of Believers Center, they remain passionate about helping others find their place in the plan of God and equipping them to build God’s Kingdom around the world.

Marshall and Cindi were both born and raised in Texas and have been married since 1973. They have two daughters, Hannah and Jordan, and have made their home in Albuquerque since 1977.
